Creating Confident Caregivers, a free 6 week class, offers family members who are caring for a loved one with dementia at home information and skill-building practice to manage stress and increase effective caregiving. Two-hour sessions led by dementia-care specialists are held once weekly for six weeks. Free respite care is available during the class.
