An evidence based exercise class. Registration is required. No fee for the class but donations box available. Classes are one hour long with 3 sessions per week. Class content includes aerobic exercise, strength training with ankle weights, balance and flexibility exercises. Participants are periodically evaluated to measure fitness progress.
